Experience Required:

1-2 years in (US logistics / transportation / freight brokerage)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional with strong exposure to the US logistics and transportation industry. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, compliance, employee engagement, and performance management while supporting business growth in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US logistics roles (Freight Brokers, Dispatchers, Sales, Operations, Track & Trace, Carrier Sales, etc.)
• Partner with leadership to forecast manpower needs
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong experience in US logistics / freight brokerage / transportation industry
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, payroll coordination
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Comfortable working in US shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
