Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Saket, New Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to handle HR recruitment, operations, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end HR processes and capable of managing daily HR activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
HR Operations
- Handle employee lifecycle management (joining, confirmation, exits)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
HR Administration
- Manage office administration and employee coordination
- Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and basic facilities management
- Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Recruitment, HR Operations, and Administration
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
- Good knowledge of HRMS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience working in a mid-sized organization
