Job Title: HR Executive

Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: Manager or Owner

Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & interview coordination.
  • Employee onboarding & documentation.
  • Attendance and leave management.
  • Payroll and HR data support.
  • Handling employee queries.
  • Maintaining HR records.
  • Supporting HR policies & compliance.
  • Exit formalities coordination.

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes.
  • MS Excel, Word, Email handling.
  • Interviewing & coordination skills.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Graduate.
  • 0–3 years experience (Freshers can apply).

Salary Range

  • Fresher: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 / month
  • Experience: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 / month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
