Job Title: Industrial Relations Officer / Executive
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Head
Experience: 5 years (Manufacturing / Industrial environment preferred)
Job Purpose
To support the organization in maintaining harmonious industrial relations by ensuring statutory compliance, assisting in union and employee interactions, handling grievances, and supporting disciplinary and compliance processes at the plant level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee & Industrial Relations
- Act as a point of contact for workmen regarding grievances and queries.
- Assist in handling employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary cases.
- Support domestic enquiries and documentation related to misconduct cases.
- Promote a healthy and respectful work culture.
2. Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
- Maintain statutory registers and records under labour laws (Factories Act, ID Act, CLRA, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and renewals.
- Support inspections and audits by labour authorities.
3. Union & Worker Coordination
- Assist in coordination with unions / worker representatives.
- Participate in discussions and meetings with unions along with seniors.
- Help implement settlements, wage agreements, and policy changes.
4. Discipline & Documentation
- Issue notices, warnings, and letters as per guidance from IR Manager.
- Maintain employee records, charge sheets, enquiry reports, and case files.
- Track disciplinary cases and closures.
5. Communication & Engagement
- Facilitate communication between management and workers.
- Support engagement activities and awareness programs.
- Educate employees on policies, discipline, and safety norms.
6. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare IR MIS, dashboards, and compliance reports.
- Track absenteeism, attrition, disputes, and grievance trends.
Required Qualifications
- MBA / PG Diploma in HR / IR / Labour Welfare
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory requirements
- Experience in manufacturing / factory setup preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
