Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to handle cybersecurity related recruitments, along with onboarding, employeeengagement, and core HR operations. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment with multiple technical hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1.) Talent Acquisition:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates using various sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for cybersecurity roles (junior to leadership level).• Understand hiring needs, create and post job descriptions, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified cybersecuritycandidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cybersecurity communities, colleges, and relevant industry groups.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

2.) Onboarding & Employee Engagement:

  • Handle end-to-end onboarding and documentation.
  • Conduct induction sessions and coordinate with internal teams for smooth joining.
  • Conduct employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.

3.) Core HR Operations:

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and prepare HR letters.
  • Support attendance, leave management, and internal communications.
  • Assist in performance appraisal documentation and employee queries

4.) Vendor & Admin Management:

  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners.
  • Handle basic admin tasks, including office, pantry and housekeeping supplies, travel coordination, and asset tracking.
  • Manage and maintain monthly petty cash.
  • Get day-to-day bill payments processed through the finance team

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment with a focus on cybersecurity hiring.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRMS tool (KEKA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple open roles.
  • Ability to work independently with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Technical background or certifications in HR/Recruitment or basic cybersecurity (added advantage).
  • Experience hiring for global or remote cybersecurity roles.
  • An existing cybersecurity talent network is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
