  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Tech and Non-Tech roles (sourcing to offer rollout).
  • Act as the single point of contact for all HR-related activities within the organization.
  • Manage joining formalities, onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
  • Handle exit formalities including resignations, exit interviews, and clearance coordination.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and compliance adherence.
  • Implement and manage HR policies, processes, and documentation.
  • Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives independently.
  • Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning and HR support.
  • Maintain HR MIS, trackers, and reports.


Requirements

1.5 – 2 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Mandatory experience in both Tech & Non-Tech hiring.
  • Ability to independently manage HR operations with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of onboarding, exits, HR documentation, and basic compliance.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
