Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to oversee end-to-end recruitment processes. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating onboarding, maintaining CRM systems, and providing consistent follow-ups and support throughout the hiring cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels
• Maintain and update candidate information in the CRM system
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Schedule interviews and meetings, and resolve candidate queries
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (experience in insurance/finance sector preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and HR tools
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
