Job Title: HR Executive – (Field Sales & Technical Hiring)

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive with hands-on experience in field sales recruitment and exposure to technical hiring. The role also includes basic HR operations, ensuring smooth workforce management while supporting XALT’s business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing (Primary Focus)

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for field sales and frontline sales roles
  • Manage volume and continuous hiring for sales teams across locations
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, walk-ins, and field hiring drives
  • Conduct initial HR screenings focusing on communication, sales mindset, and field readiness
  • Coordinate interviews with sales leadership and ensure timely closures

Technical Recruitment (XALT Products & Tech Teams)

  • Support hiring for technical roles such as Developers, QA, Product, and Tech Support (as required)
  • Screen profiles based on role requirements and coordinate technical interviews
  • Maintain candidate pipeline for current and future technical manpower needs

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction for sales and technical hires
  • Ensure completion of background verification and joining compliance

Basic HR Functions & Operations

  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and MIS
  • Support attendance tracking, leave records, and payroll inputs
  • Address basic employee queries and coordinate with management
  • Assist in exit formalities and replacement hiring
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures

Eligibility & Experience

  • Graduate / MBA in HR or related discipline
  • 1–4 years of HR experience
  • Strong experience in field sales / frontline sales hiring (mandatory)
  • Exposure to technical recruitment preferred
  • Experience in staffing, onboarding, and HR operations is an advantage

Skills Required

  • Strong sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills
  • Understanding of field sales hiring dynamics
  • Ability to handle both sales and technical hiring requirements
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and HR documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
