We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive with 2 years of hands-on experience to support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Coordinate training programs and employee development activities.
- Support exit formalities including full & final settlement and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Good knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT/Corporate environment
- Familiarity with HRMS tools
- Ability to multitask and work independently
