We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive with 2 years of hands-on experience to support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
  • Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Coordinate training programs and employee development activities.
  • Support exit formalities including full & final settlement and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role
  • Good knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and labor laws
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in IT/Corporate environment
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
