Job Summary
Sree Nandhees Technologies is seeking a proactive HR Executive – Recruitment with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition. The role focuses primarily on end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate coordination, and onboarding support, along with basic HR operations. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, organized, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions.
- Draft and post job openings on portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining confirmations.
- Support onboarding formalities including documentation and induction.
HR Operations (Support)
- Maintain and update employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and basic HR reporting.
- Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
- Experience hiring for technical or operations roles.
- Familiarity with HRMS.
- Knowledge of basic labor laws and HR compliance.
