Silicon University is now expanding into the healthcare sector with the establishment of Silicon Hospitals in Sambalpur, Silicon hospitals is looking for HR Executive for Sambalpur location .

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Executive to oversee day-to-day HR functions at Silicon Hospital. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the healthcare/hospital industry and a strong understanding of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

· Manage employee life cycle activities and maintain HR records.

· Handle salary appraisal processes and assist in payroll coordination.

· Ensure compliance with HR policies, hospital regulations, and statutory requirements.

· Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

· Manage employee grievances, discipline, and engagement activities.

· Support performance management and training initiatives.

· Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.

Preferred Qualifications

· Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

· Experience in the hospital/healthcare industry is highly preferred.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Knowledge of HR management systems and best practices.

Experience

3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a hospital.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
