Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for call center agents (inbound, outbound, sales, customer support, technical support).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.
- Conduct initial screenings and structured interviews to assess communication skills, accent, and role suitability.
- Evaluate candidates based on specific campaign requirements (US, UK, Canada, UAE processes).
- Coordinate interviews with operations managers and ensure timely hiring.
- Negotiate salary packages and finalize offers within budget guidelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure hiring targets are met.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
- Support onboarding and documentation process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in hiring call center agents.
- Strong understanding of different call center roles and skill requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to assess English fluency and communication standards.
- Experience handling bulk hiring under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/job portals.
