Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for call center agents (inbound, outbound, sales, customer support, technical support).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings and structured interviews to assess communication skills, accent, and role suitability.
  • Evaluate candidates based on specific campaign requirements (US, UK, Canada, UAE processes).
  • Coordinate interviews with operations managers and ensure timely hiring.
  • Negotiate salary packages and finalize offers within budget guidelines.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure hiring targets are met.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
  • Support onboarding and documentation process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hiring call center agents.
  • Strong understanding of different call center roles and skill requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to assess English fluency and communication standards.
  • Experience handling bulk hiring under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/job portals.
