HR Executive

Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our human resources team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an HR professional who can manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while supporting a positive and productive workplace within a fast-growing IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee files.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
• Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
