Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and documentation as per company SOPs and audit requirements
  • Handle payroll processing support and attendance management through biometric systems
  • Ensure implementation and compliance of HR policies, SOPs, and labor laws
  • Prepare and maintain Job Descriptions (JDs), KPIs, and performance appraisal documentation
  • Coordinate with production and administrative departments for workforce planning and HR support
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
  • Manage employee medical insurance documentation and coordination with vendors

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant HR experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
  • Graduates from IoBM, Bahria University, or Iqra University will be preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
