Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and documentation as per company SOPs and audit requirements
- Handle payroll processing support and attendance management through biometric systems
- Ensure implementation and compliance of HR policies, SOPs, and labor laws
- Prepare and maintain Job Descriptions (JDs), KPIs, and performance appraisal documentation
- Coordinate with production and administrative departments for workforce planning and HR support
- Assist in employee engagement activities, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
- Manage employee medical insurance documentation and coordination with vendors
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
- Graduates from IoBM, Bahria University, or Iqra University will be preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
