HR Executive

One of our client a fine-dine desi cuisine restaurant is currently seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the following position:

Position: Executive – HR

Location: DHA Shahbaz Commercial, Karachi

Industry: Fine-Dine Restaurant

Experience Required: 2–4 Years

• Manage day-to-day HR operations
• Develop and maintain Job Descriptions (JDs)
• Handle recruitment and onboarding processes
• Implement HR policies and procedures
• Process payroll efficiently and accurately
• Support employee engagement and development initiatives
• Conduct performance appraisal coordination

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Preference will be given to candidates with an HR specialization

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
