HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for a manufacturing workforce of approximately 100 employees. The role involves recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, and ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory staff, technicians, and office roles
    • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and local networks
    • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring with department heads
    • Ensure timely hiring to meet production and operational requirements
  2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
    • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and joining documentation
    • Coordinate onboarding for blue-collar and white-collar employees
    • Handle probation tracking, confirmations, and employee exits
    • Conduct exit interviews and clearance procedures
  3. HR Administration & Operations
    • Maintain employee records and documentation (digital and physical)
    • Manage attendance sheet schedules, leave records, and overtime
    • Use HR systems such as Odoo ERP or similar HRMS
    • Issue HR letters (salary certificates, NOCs, warnings, etc.)
  4. Payroll Coordination
    • Support payroll preparation for 100 employees
    • Validate timesheets, overtime, and deductions
    • Coordinate with finance for accurate and timely salary processing
  5. Employee Relations (Factory Environment)
    • Address worker concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters
    • Maintain a positive work environment across factory and office staff
    • Ensure proper communication between management and workforce
    • Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives
  6. Compliance & UAE Labour Law
    • Ensure adherence to UAE Labour Law and Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation regulations
    • Coordinate visa processing, labour cards, and Emirates ID renewals
    • Maintain legally compliant employment contracts and records
    • Support audits and inspections
  7. Performance & Training
    • Assist in performance appraisals for staff and workers
    • Maintain training records (safety, compliance, technical skills)
    • Coordinate onboarding and safety training for factory workers
  8. HR Reporting
    • Prepare reports on attendance, overtime, recruitment, and turnover
    • Monitor workforce metrics relevant to manufacturing operations
Skills Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE (manufacturing preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
  • Experience handling blue-collar workforce is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems (Odoo or similar)
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Language Requirements
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Hindi proficiency preferred (to support workforce communication)
