We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions and the ability to handle employee matters efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and hiring documentation.
- Handle onboarding process including offer letters, appointment letters, orientation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records in ERP and payroll systems.
- Coordinate training nominations and manage in-house training logistics.
- Conduct probation evaluations and support performance tracking.
- Address employee queries and handle grievances (as required).
- Manage exit process including exit interviews and clearance documentation.
- Prepare HR letters (experience, bank, visa, salary slips).
- Prepare and share monthly HR and recruitment reports.
- Draft and circulate internal announcements after approval.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/ERP preferred.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
