HR Executive

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter to join our team in a role where your communication skills, recruitment expertise, and people-first approach will truly make an impact.

Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Work Mode: Onsite & Remote Opportunities Available
Shift: 10 AM – 6 PM | Monday to Saturday
Conract: 1-Year Contract (Renewable based on performance)

What you'll be doing:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles
• Coordinating interviews and managing hiring pipelines
• Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
• Collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements
• Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Technical Recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
