We are looking for an experienced and organized HR Officer / HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, HR documentation, and daily HR operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and experience in handling HR activities in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and employee performance.
  • Prepare employment contracts, warning letters, and HR correspondence.
  • Coordinate visa, labor, and medical processes.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Maintain payroll-related records and support finance department.
  • Conduct employee orientation and training coordination.
  • Prepare HR reports and monthly updates for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in UAE.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred:

  • Experience in construction or contracting company.
  • Arabic or Hindi speaking is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
