We are looking for an experienced and organized HR Officer / HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, HR documentation, and daily HR operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and experience in handling HR activities in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and employee performance.
- Prepare employment contracts, warning letters, and HR correspondence.
- Coordinate visa, labor, and medical processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain payroll-related records and support finance department.
- Conduct employee orientation and training coordination.
- Prepare HR reports and monthly updates for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in UAE.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience in construction or contracting company.
- Arabic or Hindi speaking is an advantage.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
