Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and execute core human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers/ATS (e.g., Resourceinn HRMS)
- Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation processes
- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal activities
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in performance management processes and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with HR software/ATS is a plus
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
