HR Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and execute core human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers/ATS (e.g., Resourceinn HRMS)
  • Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation processes
  • Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal activities
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in performance management processes and follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with HR software/ATS is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
