Job Title: HR Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Executive to manage and support the company's HR Operations and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manage recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, payroll coordination, and general human resources functions.The ideal candidate will support the organization's HR activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, operational, and administrative positions.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on recruitment portals, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
  • Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare employment offers and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and probation evaluations.
  • Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, and allowances.
  • Manage employee benefits, leave balances, and end-of-service records.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
  • Support other HR activities and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Fluency in English and Tagalog.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience using job portals and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
