HR Job Description:

  • Handling recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, payroll coordination, compliance with UAE Labour Law, and employee engagement activities.
  • The candidsate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in HR operations within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate visa processing, labour contracts, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and other employee documentation.
  • Support payroll preparation by monitoring attendance, leave records, overtime, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations matters and support conflict resolution when required.
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Coordinate employee training, engagement, and wellness initiatives.
  • Manage leave administration, probation reviews, and end-of-service settlements.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Support HR audits and internal administrative functions.

Requirements:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • - 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
  • - Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • - Experience handling payroll coordination and employee documentation.
  • - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
  • - Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • - Preferred Qualifications
  • - HR certification is an advantage.
  • - Experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
  • - Familiarity with ERP or HRMS systems.
  • - Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
