HR duty (Human Resources duty) covers all the responsibilities related to managing employees and workplace operations in a company. It’s a very important role because it ensures smooth functioning between management and staff.

Here are the main HR duties explained clearly:

1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Posting job vacancies
  • Screening CVs
  • Conducting interviews
  • Selecting suitable candidates
  • Preparing offer letters

2. Employee Onboarding

  • Preparing joining documents
  • Explaining company policies
  • Coordinating induction and training
  • Collecting employee records

3. Payroll & Benefits

  • Preparing monthly salary
  • Managing overtime, deductions, and allowances
  • Handling benefits like insurance, leave salary, gratuity

4. Employee Relations

  • Handling employee complaints
  • Solving workplace conflicts
  • Maintaining a positive work environment

5. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitoring attendance
  • Approving leaves
  • Maintaining leave records

6. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensuring company follows labor laws (especially UAE Labour Law)
  • Managing employee files and contracts
  • Handling visa, work permit, and renewal processes

7. Performance Management

  • Monitoring employee performance
  • Conducting appraisals
  • Supporting promotions or disciplinary actions

8. Exit Process

  • Handling resignation
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Final settlement (EOSB – End of Service Benefits)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
