HR Executive – Talent AcquisitionJob Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization in attracting top talent. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills with a passion for recruitment and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from department managers and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Handle offer negotiations and follow-up with selected candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience using job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bulk hiring or corporate recruitment.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
