HR Executive – Talent AcquisitionJob Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization in attracting top talent. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills with a passion for recruitment and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Understand hiring requirements from department managers and prepare job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.
  • Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
  • Handle offer negotiations and follow-up with selected candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience using job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in bulk hiring or corporate recruitment.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills.
