- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post jobs, screen resumes, coordinate interviews
- Prepare offer letters and join formalities
- Conduct employee induction
- Payroll & Attendance
- Track attendance and leaves
- Assist with payroll processing
- Handle ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements
- Employee Engagement & Records
- Organize employee engagement events
- Maintain HR files and databases
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws
- Maintain and update employee policies
Administrative Responsibilities
- Office Management
- Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and cleanliness
- Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and housekeeping
- Handle travel and accommodation bookings
- Facility & Asset Management
- Maintain asset inventory (laptops, ID cards, etc.)
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance
- Front Desk & Coordination
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Documentation
- Maintain records of bills, agreements, and licenses
- Handle filing and archiving of administrative documents
