HR & Administration:

  • Manage recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave registers.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documents such as appointment and confirmation letters.
  • Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance.
  • Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and general facilities.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain office discipline and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support management in policy execution and administrative planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Good knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and MS Office.
  • Having knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹22,652.51 per month
