Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
  • Payroll, salary processing, and statutory compliances.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and benefits.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Manage joining, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Oversee office administration, facilities management, and housekeeping.
  • Manage office assets, inventory, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and utilities.
  • Support site offices and coordinate with HO for administrative matters.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR & Administration
  • Knowledge of statutory compliances and payroll processes is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
