Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
- Payroll, salary processing, and statutory compliances.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and benefits.
- Support performance appraisal processes and HR documentation.
- Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Manage joining, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Oversee office administration, facilities management, and housekeeping.
- Manage office assets, inventory, and record-keeping.
- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and utilities.
- Support site offices and coordinate with HO for administrative matters.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR & Administration
- Knowledge of statutory compliances and payroll processes is an advantage.
