Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and improvement plans.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee suggestions and concerns related to engagement.
- Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity through engagement initiatives.
- Stay informed about best practices in employee engagement to continuously enhance strategies.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation and paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Address employee inquiries and conduct investigations as needed.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Minimum 2 years of experience is required with good English speaking communication skills.
