Job Title: HR Executive / HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Manager in routine HR operations.
- Manage employee joining documentation and maintain personal files (physical & digital).
- Track probation, confirmations, attendance, and leave records.
- Support exit formalities and audit documentation.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
- Coordinate ID cards, visiting cards, and email ID creation.
- Assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement activities, festival celebrations, and Annual Kick-Off Meetings.
- Maintain event expense records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Knowledge of HRMS software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office.
- Good communication skills (verbal & email).
- Strong documentation, follow-up skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
