Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Executive for Recruitment and HR Administration Role

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all Mid & Junior Level Position
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract best-in-class candidates, aligning with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job portals, professional networks, industry events, social media, and advanced search techniques.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, assessments, and due diligence to identify top talent with the right skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and on board candidates
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment
  • Conduct ongoing market research and talent mapping to identify emerging talent trends and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand their talent needs and close the position as per given timelines.
  • Maintain employee records including On-boarding details, Salary , Promotion and Transfers
  • Process salary as per the timelines every month
  • Ensure Visa and other HR compliances with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure staff performance as per KRA and report to senior management about employee performance improvement areas
  • Demonstrate a proactive, self-starter approach with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Exhibit a "can-do" attitude, overcoming challenges and finding creative solutions to talent acquisition obstacles.
