Job Profile:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the same role.
- At least 3 years of experience in Qatar.
- Years of experience in identifying resources, screening candidates, and arranging interviews with department managers.
- Hands on experience in managing and resolving administrative and HR-related queries
- Excellent communication skill in English and proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
- Experience in document filing and control, with prompt action for renewals and other time-sensitive tasks
- Strong understanding of Qatar's labor laws and regulations.
- Must have excellent knowledge in HR software and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree, major in Human resources or Business administration or a related field.
- Local availability is required.
