The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and executing all HR functions within the apparel manufacturing unit, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining an efficient and motivated workforce. The role involves close coordination with production, quality, and administration departments to support manpower requirements, employee welfare, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory and office staff — from manpower planning, job posting, and shortlisting to interviews and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce gaps.
- Maintain employee records and databases for factory and staff.
2. Attendance, Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Oversee daily attendance, leave management, and timekeeping for factory employees.
- Support monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate entry of attendance, overtime, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, including ESI, PF, gratuity, bonus, and factory act provisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of HR experience in apparel manufacturing / garment industry.
- Strong understanding of factory operations, labor laws, and compliance procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
