Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive with strong expertise in Advanced Excel to support HR operations, data management, reporting, and analytics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR processes and be proficient in handling large data sets, generating MIS reports, and automating HR dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee databases in Excel and HRMS.
- Prepare and analyze HR MIS reports (attendance, payroll input, attrition, performance, etc.).
- Create automated Excel dashboards using formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros.
- Support recruitment activities — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and documentation.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and record management.
- Maintain leave, attendance, and time-tracking data.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure data accuracy.
- Support appraisal and performance management data compilation.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Collaborate with finance, admin, and other departments for HR operations.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Level) — Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Data Validation.
- Good understanding of HR functions and compliance.
- Excellent data management and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR / Business Administration / Commerce.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR analytics.
- Experience with Excel-based HR reporting and HR software preferred.
Key Deliverables:
- Monthly HR MIS reports and dashboards.
- Accurate employee records and payroll support data.
- Data-driven insights for management decisions.
