Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Help organize team-building activities, events, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  • Payroll & Attendance Management:
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure employee attendance is tracked accurately.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Training & Development:
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of training sessions for staff development.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience: 2 months to 1 year in HR-related roles (fresher candidates with internship experience in HR can also apply).
  • Education: Graduate in any stream; MBA (HR) or relevant certifications will be a plus.
  • Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and practices.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary package (₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month).
