Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Blue-collar & staff recruitment for factory positions (CNC/VMC Operators, Fitters, Helpers, etc.)
- Handling joining formalities, documentation & induction
- Managing attendance, leave records & overtime data
- Coordination with production and plant heads for manpower planning
- Maintaining statutory compliance records (ESIC, PF, Labour Law registers)
- Handling contractor manpower & documentation
- Supporting payroll inputs and shift management
- Resolving employee grievances at plant level
Requirements:
- Education: BBA / MBA (HR) / MSW / Any Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years in Factory / Manufacturing HR
- Knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance
- Strong coordination & follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in factory environment
