Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, company policies, and HR standards. Manages audits, documentation, employee records, and compliance-related reporting while supporting a legally compliant and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure company compliance with all employment and labor laws.
- Maintain and update statutory registers, employee files, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of compliance observations.
- Track and manage statutory returns including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and Bonus Act compliance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and compliance procedures.
- Handle labor inspections, government notices, and support legal consultations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
- Conduct compliance training and awareness sessions for employees and management.
- Prepare compliance reports and submit them to management regularly.
- Ensure compliance during employee onboarding, exit processes, and contractor management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR compliance or HR operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR rules.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and multitask efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
