Job Title- Hr Executive Compliance

Job Location- Faridabad

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, company policies, and HR standards. Manages audits, documentation, employee records, and compliance-related reporting while supporting a legally compliant and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure company compliance with all employment and labor laws.
  • Maintain and update statutory registers, employee files, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of compliance observations.
  • Track and manage statutory returns including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and Bonus Act compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and compliance procedures.
  • Handle labor inspections, government notices, and support legal consultations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
  • Conduct compliance training and awareness sessions for employees and management.
  • Prepare compliance reports and submit them to management regularly.
  • Ensure compliance during employee onboarding, exit processes, and contractor management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR compliance or HR operations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR rules.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and multitask efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
