HR Executive cum Academic Counsellor / Business Development Executive
Desired Candidate’s Profile:

• Graduate / Post Graduate Preferably MBA in Marketing / HR
• Minimum 1 year of experience, freshers are also welcome
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Basic computer knowledge, MS-word, MS-excel, MS-PowerPoint
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively

Job Description:

• Office Administration
• Handling walk-ins, telephonic inquiries
• Counselling the inquiries & handling queries and convincing them to enrolling for the training.
• Handling sales process such as lead generation, inquiry, counselling, follow-up, sales closing
• Organizing and delivering workshops / seminars in colleges and corporate
• Making tie-ups with colleges and companies for IT Training/Recruitment
• Responsible for day-to-day office handling and operations.
• Maintaining of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Conducting market surveys and competitive analysis.
• Participating in all the marketing events on the need to basis
• Expansion of business through counselling & more enrolments of students
• Achieving given targets
