Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic HR Executive cum Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and payroll processing. The role requires strong knowledge of HR practices, statutory compliances, and payroll management, along with excellent people management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:HR Functions:
- Handle recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records (personal files, attendance, leave, etc.).
- Draft and issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
- Support in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
- Responsibile of Payroll Compliance Like ESI,EPF,LWF Returns.
Payroll & Compliance:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain attendance, overtime, and leave records for payroll input.
- Calculate salary, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.).
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annual payroll-related returns and reports.
- Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and payroll processing.
- Familiarity with Attendence Software and payroll software.
- Understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Labour Laws).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
