Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process through various channels. Posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including Induction & Documentation, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Prepare and maintain new hire documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor employee attendance records and ensure accuracy in attendance reporting.
- Manage leave requests and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
- Maintain and update leave records, and provide reports as needed.
- Utilize GreytHR for efficient management of employee data, attendance, and leave records.
- Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of employee information in the HRIS.
- Generate reports and analytics from GreytHR for management review.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, Minimum Wage Act, Labor Welfare Fund & etc.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and implement necessary adjustments in policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- BBA / MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of labor laws in India, including PF, ESI, gratuity, PT, and minimum wage.
- Familiarity with GreytHR or similar HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to assess situations, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
- Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in managing HR records and reports.
- Capability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
- Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices relevant to the healthcare sector
