Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process through various channels. Posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including Induction & Documentation, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Prepare and maintain new hire documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Monitor employee attendance records and ensure accuracy in attendance reporting.
  • Manage leave requests and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
  • Maintain and update leave records, and provide reports as needed.
  • Utilize GreytHR for efficient management of employee data, attendance, and leave records.
  • Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of employee information in the HRIS.
  • Generate reports and analytics from GreytHR for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, Minimum Wage Act, Labor Welfare Fund & etc.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and implement necessary adjustments in policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • BBA / MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of labor laws in India, including PF, ESI, gratuity, PT, and minimum wage.
  • Familiarity with GreytHR or similar HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to assess situations, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in managing HR records and reports.
  • Capability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
  • Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices relevant to the healthcare sector
