Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience:- 3–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a textile, garment, embroidery, or manufacturing unit.
Job Description:-
- Manage daily HR operations of the embroidery unit.
- Maintain and monitor attendance, overtime, leaves, and shift records.
- Process monthly payroll accurately, including overtime and deductions.
- Operate and manage Decibel HR software for attendance and payroll management.
- Handle employee documentation, joining formalities, confirmations, and exit procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate with production and unit management regarding manpower planning.
- Address employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline.
- Maintain proper HR records and prepare monthly HR reports.
- Support audits and ensure HR compliance documentation is up to date.
