HR Executive – Embroidery Unit

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience:- 3–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a textile, garment, embroidery, or manufacturing unit.

Job Description:-

  • Manage daily HR operations of the embroidery unit.
  • Maintain and monitor attendance, overtime, leaves, and shift records.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately, including overtime and deductions.
  • Operate and manage Decibel HR software for attendance and payroll management.
  • Handle employee documentation, joining formalities, confirmations, and exit procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate with production and unit management regarding manpower planning.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline.
  • Maintain proper HR records and prepare monthly HR reports.
  • Support audits and ensure HR compliance documentation is up to date.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
