HR Executive (Female)

Experience : 2-4 Years Experience
Qualification : MBA or Diploma in HR
Location : Ernakulam, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

• Support employee engagement and internal communications.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, payroll data).
• Coordinate hiring processes—sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Handle onboarding documentation and induction processes.
• Assist in performance reviews and implementation of HR policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
