HR Executive - Female

Infinity Infoway is looking for a dynamic, confident, and people-focused HR Executive to join our team. If you are passionate about employee experience, culture building, and end-to-end HR operations — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Employee Engagement – plan & execute activities, sessions, celebrations, and monthly events

• Manage Employee Grievances and escalate issues appropriately to ensure smooth resolutions

• Handle Recruitment for both Tech & Non-Tech roles

• Expertise in job portals – Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

• Build a positive, happy, and stress-free work environment

• Contribute to creating a strong & healthy organizational culture

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of HR experience

• Strong English communication skills

• Good understanding of HR operations & employee relations

• Creative mindset for engagement and culture-building activities

• Female candidates preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
