Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and handling core HR operations. The role involves sourcing and hiring candidates, conducting telephonic interviews, maintaining employee relations, managing attendance and leave records, implementing HR policies, and supporting overall HR functions to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for consulting and support roles across levels.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews to assess technical and behavioral competencies.
- Coordinate with consulting managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain recruitment metrics, trackers, and hiring reports.
Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
- Handle onboarding formalities including offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documentation.
- Conduct induction programs and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities such as confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and HR-related queries.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned with consulting culture and business needs.
- Promote a positive, ethical, and high-performance work environment.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Oversee attendance, leave, and time-tracking systems.
- Ensure accurate leave balances and monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement, communicate, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company standards.
- Support disciplinary actions and corrective measures with proper documentation.
Core HR Operations & MIS
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and analyze HR MIS reports related to recruitment, attrition, attendance, and engagement.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Support performance appraisal cycles and HR audits.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in recruitment and core HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
