Role & Responsibilities:

--- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

--- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

--- Maintain employee records (attendance, HRMS, Leaves) according to policy

--- Develop training and development programs

--Should possess Presentation skills on PowerPoint, Knowledge of MS-Excel

--- Also carry out the basic functions of an HR Executive Resource:-

  • plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff
  • plan and conduct new employee orientation
  • identify and manage training and development needs for employees
  • develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
  • administer HR policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
