• Handled end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Basic knowledge of PF & ESI, including statutory compliance, deductions, and employee registration.
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary calculation, deductions, and timely disbursement.
