Role Overview:
We are looking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of people processes. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience and a strong understanding of recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration. This role requires excellent organisational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess culture fit, technical skills, and salary expectations.
- Manage the documentation for new hires (offer letters, contracts, background checks) and conduct orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records in our HR management system with 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the development and communication of company policies and employee handbooks.
- Coordinate with the finance team to provide necessary data for monthly payroll processing, including leaves and attendance.
- Act as the first point of contact for general employee queries regarding benefits and workplace issues. Organize monthly engagement activities, town halls, or team-building events.
- Assist in the annual performance appraisal process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in HR (specifically in a dual Recruitment/Operations role).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, you’ll be the voice of the company to new talent. High emotional intelligence, ability to handle confidential information, and a proactive problem-solver mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
