Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HR & Internal Audit Officer (Female) to manage recruitment activities along with internal audit and compliance functions. The candidate will play a key role in hiring talent, maintaining HR records, and ensuring financial and operational transparency within the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring)
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee records
- Maintain HR databases and attendance records
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Support employee engagement and performance management
- Internal Audit & Compliance
- Conduct internal audits of financial and operational processes
- Evaluate internal controls and identify risks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare audit reports and highlight discrepancies
- Recommend improvements for process efficiency
- Monitor implementation of corrective actions
- Assist in external audits when required
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
