Key responsibilities:

· Payroll processing in compliance with WPS.

· Update WPS Numbers, Person Code and Bank Account Information in a timely manner

· Manage recruitment process; job postings, CV screening, offer letters and onboarding.

· Process New Visa Application and Renewals on MOL, coordinating and following up with the PRO.

· Ensure Visa, Labor Card, OHC, Emirates ID, are done in a prompt and orderly fashion and avoid from incurring fines by following up with PRO appropriately.

· Processing Medical Insurance, including addition, deletion, modification etc.

· Processing medical claims and following up with insurer regarding the same.

· Processing & co-ordination of workmen compensation with the insurer.

· Ensure cancellation of employees are processed after termination on system.

· Monitoring passports in and out, coordinating with the logistics manager regarding the same.

· Prepare employee request letter like NOC, Salary Certificate, STL etc.

· Maintain trackers for all the above provided by the company for easy data management and update the HR Live on a regular basis.

· Control the Issuance of uniforms, name badges, hairnets, for new hires and during renewal.

· Ensure OHC Cards are available in the stores as per the list required by Municipality.

· Ensure renewal of OHC Cards on time.

· Maintain trackers for all the above provided by the company for easy data management and update the HR Software on a regular basis.

· Maintain Leave records – Annual leave and availing of Lieu Days.

· Review attendance, clarify discrepancies and process monthly payroll following company guidelines

· Maintain the employees files updated and in a systematic order for easy access to documents.

· Ensure updating data timely in the HR Live on daily basis such as late and absence justification approvals/rejection, leave day approval/rejection, overtime approval rejections, employee HR data.

· Review staff attendance via finger scanning records against ROTA to ensure conformity and flag any issues to HRM.

· Ensure that new employee’s complete data are input in the HR software & File is created.

· Other admin activities as designated by the HR Manager and the management

· UAE Labour Law Knowledge is a must.
