Key roles and responsibilities
· Strategic HR planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
· Recruitment and onboarding:
Manage the full cycle of attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
· Employee relations:
Act as a bridge between management and employees, resolving workplace conflicts, addressing grievances, and fostering a constructive work environment.
· Compensation and benefits:
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures to ensure they are competitive and equitable.
· Compliance and legal matters:
Ensure the organization complies with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
· Performance management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, including setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and handling promotions and disciplinary actions.
· Training and development:
Identify training needs and organize programs to support employee professional growth and skill development.
· Policy development:
Create, implement, and enforce company-wide HR policies and procedures.
· Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll, and leave information.
