Job Role: HR executive

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for Tele Sales Executives (Men’s Wellness Products)
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through job portals & social media
• Coordinate with management to fulfill manpower requirements quickly
• Ensure smooth onboarding & documentation for new employees
• Maintain hiring records and support HR operations

Requirements:

• Graduate in HR/Management (MBA HR preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
• Good knowledge of hiring via job portals & social media
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
• Positive and proactive attitude
